Synopsis of Brain On Fire (2016)
Brain on Fire tells the story of Cahalan (Moretz), a rising journalist in New York Post media who mysteriously starts experiencing strange things and starts hearing voices. Within a few weeks, Susannah Cahalan drastically decreased mentally and began to fall into the category of madness, she began to turn from violence to catatonia unconsciously.After a series of unexpected, diagnostic and prolonged hospital admissions, at the last minute, a doctor finally intervened and did the examination, giving the correct diagnosis and hope to improve his life again.
Catatonia is an abnormal attitude or abnormal movement that continues to increase due to a disturbed mental situation (schizophrenia).
