Biography of Ali Atay

Ali Atay was born on April 20, 1976 in Rize. His full name is Dursun Ali Atay. There is a brother. Mimar Sinan graduated from the Fine Arts University State Conservatory Theater Department in 1999.

In 1999, Ali Atay founded a theatrical company called Krek with Berkun Oya in Istanbul. The community has staged plays that Berkun Oya has written and directed since its foundation. They performed a show called "Adamlar" in Dulcinea in Beyoğlu and a game called "Op’la Zo’nun Dramı" in İSM. Atay played the unsuccessful illusionist Maksut, whose line was "Şapkadan Babam Çıktı".

Ali Atay, who was guest in Çeşm-i Bülbül sequence in 2004, gave life to Iron character in Cemile series played by Türkan Şoray in 2006. Ali Atay, who plays in Esref Hour, Do not Say and Sword Day sequences respectively, made the actual explosion in 2011 with Leyla and Mecnun series.

Ali Atay is singing in the music band named "Leyla The Band" which he created together with the song in Leyla and Mecnun series.

In 2014 he wrote and directed the film script "Limonata" starring Serkan Keskin and Ertan Saban. Ali Atay got married in 2008 with Ebru Cansız, the ballerina. He's divorced in 2013.
